You can return any defective product up to 14 days after the invoice date for an exchange. We will not accept any return after 14 days from the invoice date. Products or services that are found to be faulty after 14 days and up to a maximum of 90 days can still be returned but will be subject to careful inspection by Stealth-Mods to determine if the fault arised out of mis-use or if the product or service was genuinely faulty.

Any product returned must be in resalable condition. Products returned to us in not resalable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning item(s) to us. We will incur all shipping fees for any defective item(s) replaced.
This applies to all returns without exception.

Any goods returned within the allowed 14 day period due to purchaser error or returned products evaluated not to be faulty are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not credit any shipping and handling costs. You will be given a choice between store credit or product exchange for all non-defective returned merchandise. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. This applies to all sales without exception.

If the returned product is verified faulty:

The product will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or similar specification product. You are entitled to a refund (within 14 days of invoice date) for the total value of your order minus any shipping fees and labour charges (applies to verified defective returned merchandise only). You may also request store credit to use towards a future purchase.

If the returned product is verified as working:

The product will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. In this case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, cheque, cash or money order. You are entitled to a refund (within 14 days of purchase) for the total value of your order less shipping costs, labour charges and a 20% restocking fee (applies to verified working returned merchandise). If you received free shipping on original order, upon return you will be assessed the original shipping cost incurred by Stealth-Mods.com.

Any item that is verified as working, and has been soldered upon is NOT eligible for a refund.
Any item that is in not in a resalable condition for another reason is NOT eligible for a refund.
No exceptions to this will be visited.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by any means available to you. We will make every effort to fulfil and deliver your order, as quickly as possible.

Your product will be shipped or the service will be provided the same day you place your order! (7 days per week).
